Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 20% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
You can cancel anytime via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
Clients who miss multiple appointments may be refused future bookings.
Rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible to help us offer your slot to others. We’ll do our best to reschedule you promptly.
Redo Policy
If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll gladly fix the issue free of charge.
This does not apply to changes in style or colour from the original consultation or work done outside our salon. No refunds are issued for services.
Personal Belongings
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
For colour services, please wear appropriate clothing—we recommend avoiding high necklines, collars, or expensive garments.
